Cornerstone Bank’s Farm Management Department, a division of the Trust Department, has been managing farms owned by individuals, partnerships and corporations, as well as trusts, since 1938 - helping you get more enjoyment and income from your farm.

We do it by using proven management principles, modern computer technologies and sound marketing strategies. But most importantly, we do it by offering a high level of personal attention. We provide you with frequent reports, staying in constant contact with your farm operator and making regular personal visits to your farm. We react quickly and personally to situations which require immediate attention.

Other services include:

  • Farm Sales

  • Annual Lease Negotiations

  • Complete record-keeping for tax purposes

  • Marketing owner’s share of crops

  • Complete review and payment of production expenses

GOOD MANAGEMENT DOESN'T COST, IT PAYS!

Sound farm management is an investment that pays for itself. Besides eliminating many worries, most owners experience an increase in profits which easily covers the management fee - while also netting a larger cash return.

Put the advantages of sound farm management to work for you. For more information about our Farm Management services, call Cornerstone Bank at (402) 363-7411 or call (800) 642-6608.
