Job Duties: 

Responsible for the operations function of the facility. Interview and hire candidates for facility vacancies. Responsible for evaluation of facility personnel. Recommend salary and promotion requests. Responsible for all lending activity within the facility. Monitor and assess the soundness and profitability of facility loan portfolio. Responsible for decisions concerning deteriorating credit and collections. Originate and service all types of loans. Call on customers to insure goodwill and verify current condition on collateral security. Maintain thorough and accurate loan documentation consistent with the bank's credit file system. Represent the bank in community affairs. 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 3 or more years lending experience preferred. Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. Management and supervisory skills. Ability to prioritize work assignments. Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office products. Organizational skills, sound judgment, courtesy, tact, and diplomacy. Deliver unmatched customer service.
