PT Insurance Administrative Assistant

Job Duties: 

Answer phone, distribute mail, receive and post customer payments, file.  Process applications, renewals and any related forms.  Maintain client files.  Enter and update customer policy information into the Agency Management System.  Assist producers, CSAs and management with clerical duties.  Prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications:

Equivalent to a high school education. Calculator. Working knowledge of personal computer (Microsoft Office products).  Accurate work with numbers.  Use of general office machines. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers.  Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Ability to deliver unmatched customer service.
